We have had longstanding issues with roots getting into the pipes on our property. The house was built in 1960 and had lots of old pipe. CSR came out and put a liner in that is supposed to keep roots out, and everything has been working like a dream since. I used to have to call someone to snake my pipes every few months or so. They were responsive and transparent about the services and the cost. Would hire them again, and would recommend them to anyone!

Although I moved to Solana Beach noticed this company did a lot for the community where I grew up in Poway so decided to give them a call. The drain was plugged in the bathroom sink & also the garbage disposal was not working. The Plumber showed up on time & was extremely courteous taking precautions to not get anything dirty. After fixing the drain he took a look at the garbage disposal. I had tried a few things on YouTube & figured it was toast. Whatever he did got it unstuck & it was working great again. Appreciate the fact that he didn't try to sell me a new one like I thought I needed. All in all with the drain that would have taken me hours to try to clear & a garbage disposal I would have bought that I didnt need their price for the work was more than fair. Highly recommend this company.

When we submitted a request for quotes on Yelp, we received several responses (all were the same general response).  Collins Pacific Plumbing was the exception, our impression was that they actually read our request details.  They responded with a specific quote on the services they could perform -- and what they recommended was directly associated to addressing the issue mentioned in our request.  That is why we chose them over all the others.

We had two previous plumbing companies come to our house to work on our slow draining tub.  It's possible the two previous companies sent techs that lacked experience to snake our tricky drain.

Collins Pacific Plumbing sent Oliver to our house and he was able to snake the drain and unblock it in a very efficient amount of time.  He definitely had the experience and expertise to clear our slow tub drain.  He was also courteous and friendly.

Great quality work, truly satisfied. We requested to replace the ice maker Tony and Eli did a wonderful job not only installing the device, but they did a wonderful cleanup as well. They did a THOROUGH job. Also,they didn't have problem wearing shoe cover inside the house :) would definitely work with them again

Fast, efficient, reasonably priced AND conscientious.
Main sewer backed up.  Fred showed up with his colleague and went straight to work on a Sunday. Assessed the problem and jumped in.  (Have to say, I suspect very little could phase these two.)
Professional and extremely aware they're working in another man's home.  Tackled the sewer, sanitized the work area and then tackled the toilet (needed to be reset with a new wax ring). Without reservation- I would recommend Fred and his crew.  Will put them in my contacts as my go-to for plumbing.  Sometimes I wonder about the validity of five star companies on Yelp.

This is the best team!! We had our full plumbing done on our home and the team was amazing. Very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They completed the job in time and even came back to even do final touches. They even helped us with leveling out our front yard which was a big help. I can't recommend this group enough.... If you want a good team you can trust with your home and to do an amazing job call these guys.

My sink and garbage disposal clogged in the evening time when I was making dinner. It wasn't really an emergency so I made an appt with a big name company here in San Diego (ASI) but the appt window wasn't until 2-4. The next morning the standing water in the sink was so gross and my whole condo smelled. I called around to a few different places and left a voicemail for these guys and luckily they called me back and said they could come out by noon. I was thrilled. They arrived a little early, were super personable and pretty much told me the issue and their rates .. 165 an hour which is competitive. They estimated about 200 bucks for my clogged drain. They worked very fast and I could tell they have a lot of plumbing experience. I even got some tips on how to keep my drains clear and  running smoothly. It ended up being 175. I Am so happy with these guys and would highly recommend!  I'm so glad they decided to take this job! My dog loved them and he is obviously the best judge of character. Sadly as a woman it can always be a little intimidating to hire someone to come do work because you worry  about so many things like being talked down to or ripped off but not the case with these guys !! Would 100% recommend !

I have to say that Jose was professional, polite, and quick working. However, while he did reduce the price a bit, the cost of the installation for two stop valves under the sink, was $450... it was not an emergency, but I was in a little of a time crunch, and it was coming out of my rent so I paid the fee, and happy with the work... BUT, this price is extreme. The parts involved, cost a maximum of $20, and the labor took about an hour. That is a significant labor cost. However, they do warranty their work for a year, so I guess that's were the extra cost comes from... however he didn't even have a cap for the nipple to the dishwasher which was yet to be installed... which also seemed a little odd, as I couldn't use the hot water for 24 hours. Overall, I am happy with his work, but if I had not been in the same situation I would have declined their service based on price, seems very high.

Express did a great job and did not charge extra to work on Saturday.  They are quick to respond.

On July 14th I called Eastlake Plumbing after reading the reviews on yelp when I was looking for help with clogged drains at my home. They were able to send someone over early the next morning, even though it wasn't an emergency. Albert and David from Eastlake Plumbing we're so sweet and helpful when they arrived. I was quoted a price when I made my original call and they didn't charge me I a penny more. They guys not only unclogged all my bathroom sinks and showers but they also fix a wiggly faucet. My only complaint would be the price over all, the work was done so quickly and with such ease that I felt that the price was a bit high. Nevertheless, Albert and David did a wonderful job, so thank you guys!

There's no doubt in my mind why Kelley has 5 stars across the board! I feel like i write a lot of 5 star reviews, but that is because I do my research and find the best people to do the task at hand!

Kelley came out and did a water damaged drywall repair that no one else would even give the time of day to talk about! She was super communicative, worked with the tenants and got the job done (and right)!

I had a superb experience with this company.  
I had a huge and time sensitive project; pipes broke under my house, and I was sitting on a pool of water and sewage.  Not only did I not have the use of my facilities, but the smell made staying at home unbearable.

Richard and Rafael came out promptly and identified the problem.   The solution was to pretty much replace most of the pipes under the house (I had other companies come out for quotes, so the assessment was confirmed).  Repairs were going to be costly, but they worked with me to get the price down whenever possible.

As far as work, both gentlemen were extremely professional, friendly and accommodating.  Fixing the problem was difficult (i have a narrow crawl space under the house, so most of the repairs had to be done while crawling around on their stomachs).  They finished repairs in under three days; and given the size of the project, this was a very fast turnaround.

James was my phone contact, and he also did a great job communicating with me, figuring out the least painful price, even helping me navigate the insurance process.

If I could give him 10 stars I would. Omar is a responsive, polite, and customer focused plumber. He gave me an excellent price for my main flow regulator repair and used high quality parts on the repair. Definitely recommend. He is the kind of quality plumber you recommend to your friends.

My husband found Plumbing Tree through yelp. The gentlemen helping us that night to replace our water heater was extremely helpful. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and such a hard worker! I love it that they are open during the times when most people need service! It's hard to find any plumbing service after 5 pm.  Let alone it's hard to find an honest plumber too. He did an awesome job replacing our water heater. Money well spent. Awesome service. Will highly recommend!

Sol came to my home to help with some repairs.  Didn't try to upsell.  Professional, clean, respectful and knowledgeable.  He flushed my tankless water heater, repaired a running toilet and helped me with installing a filter which I had previously purchased for my freezer.  
True Plumbing is a very reputable company.  Have had them with repair work on other occasions.

Great service. Extremely reasonably priced and they do not try to oversell/up-sell. I was told by one plumber that a smell in my bathroom was due to my admittedly aging water heater. I was quoted a ridiculous  price for a new water heater   I called Burtech and they came out right away and told me the smell was probably not due to the water heater and quoted me a much more reasonable price for a new one. They ended up cleaning my drain with an enzyme cleaner for $80 (service call included).
